We use Excel or another system. How do we move our data?
XO GYM imports members from Excel along with their current membership and any debt as an opening balance, and keeps your existing member codes. Send us your file layout and we'll handle the migration with you.
What happens when the internet goes down?
The front desk keeps working: check-ins, day passes and cash product sales. Actions are recorded on the device and sync automatically when the connection returns, and the member app's QR code is read without internet.
Does it work with our gates and devices?
The Branch Hub app on the desk PC connects gates, turnstiles, receipt printers and cash drawers, and QR, barcode or card readers work straight away. We review your device models with you before go-live.
How do members pay?
The desk records any method: cash, card on your own terminal, wallets, InstaPay, Fawry, valU, or in-house installments on your gym's terms. In the app, members pay by InstaPay or wallet with a transfer screenshot. Online card payments are coming soon.
How long does it take my team to learn?
The screens are built for speed: every daily task takes three steps or fewer, and each role sees only its own screens. We set up your gym, migrate your data and train your team before go-live.
What does support look like?
Arabic support on WhatsApp, and your team can open a support ticket from the Help menu inside the system.
Who owns the data? Can we take it with us?
Your gym owns its data. Each gym has its own separate database; you can export reports to Excel at any time and request a full copy of your data.
Is it in Arabic or English?
Both, fully. Each user picks their language, and the Arabic is done right: right-to-left layout, clear numbers, and search that understands أ/ا, ة/ه and ى/ي.
We have several branches. How does that work?
All branches run on one system: staff see their own branch, while managers and owners see and compare all of them. Members' access to other branches follows their plan.
Is there a long contract? How is the price calculated?
The subscription is monthly: a base fee, plus each extra branch and each active member above the plan, invoiced on actual usage. The contract term is agreed in your quote, based on the size of your gym.
